The Howard Bowmen

Releasing your first arrow and watching it fly toward the target is a truly wonderful experience. 

At The Howard Bowmen you will find a friendly, supportive group of archers and coaches, happy to help you discover archery and all the benefits it offers.

Although archery is known to have existed for over 60,000 years, it is just as beneficial in today's busy world as it has ever been.

It doesn’t matter if you are looking to archery as a competitive sport, or as a relaxing hobby, it brings a host of health benefits both physical and mental. Better still, you don’t need to be particularly athletic or even active to get started.

We have members as young as 10 years old, and some…well there really isn’t an upper age limit! And they’re all happy to share their experience as you travel along your archery journey.

Potential new members are always welcome but we regret that we are unable to accommodate people who turn up without prior arrangement, therefore please email howardbowmen@gmail.com for further details.
